RNR Tire Express & Custom Wheels

Do not go to this location if you want to be respected and given a fair price! Yes I had planned on buying tires with cash but thought I would take advantage of the 6 months interest free. They want to charge double what a dealership will charge for the exact same thing including the alignments, rotating, and balance. The store manager is incredibly rude to the customers as well! The only person there that had any customer service skills was the man doing the contracts. The quoted biweekly price was no where near what the price ended up being. They advertise FREE alignments, balances, and rotations for the life of the tire. But then I was told it was built into the price I was paying. I was told an hour for them to put on all 4 tires. It ended up being over 2 hours. Yes I will admit I was late about 10 mins but they assured me it would still be done in an hour.

This is my 3rd set of rims with RNR. My experience with them has always been nothing short of exceptional! Always satisfied with their service. The Manger John Walker is professional and makes you feel comfortable and at ease with your purchase. I highly recommend doing business with Clarksville Indiana RNR!!

I think RNR is one of the best tire and wheel shops around in Indiana they differentially bet big o tires they don’t bet around the corner with you about anything they tell you straight out and they have super nice employees there I give them a 10/10 I will recommend them to anyone they have a location in Columbus as well Clarksville thank you guys so much
